Your vote will only be counted if your MyRCN record shows that you鈥檙e employed by States of Guernsey Health and Social Services.
All other votes will be discounted.
What you鈥檙e voting on
The States of Guernsey have made a pay offer to all employees of the States of Guernsey on Agenda for Change.
The offer is:
- 3.7% increase on pay and applicable allowances from 1st January 2026
- A commitment to complete the pay parity project work by the end of June 2026 at the latest
- A commitment to re-establish the terms and conditions meetings with Union representatives as soon as practically possible.
