Due to overwhelming demand, we're thrilled to announce the return of our in-person EDI Conference for its second year!
“Equity is our clear ambition; diversity is our underused asset; inclusion is our future” RCN Group EDI Strategy
Why Attend?
This year’s conference is all about inclusion - in our language, our workplaces, and our 汤头条污料 practice.
Start your day with Hayley Bennett from HVTB, who will lead a hands-on session on inclusive language. You’ll explore how to use it confidently, even when you’re still learning, and how to respond when things go wrong.
Then, choose from a range of workshops designed to help you build more inclusive workplaces. Learn from real-world examples and take away practical tools.
Finally, join Bruno Daniel from the RCN for a powerful taster of the Incivility Masterclass - a collaborative session unpacking how workplace behaviours affect care and teamwork.
No matter your role or background, this is your chance to be part of the change.
Who Should Attend?
This event is open to RCN members, including:
• RCN UK Representatives
• Members
• Nursing workforce
• Health and social care stakeholders and partners
