This webinar aims to raise awareness of leadership in healthcare. Understand the benefits of emotional intelligence and self-awareness in leadership. To explore the concept of resilience and its relevance in leadership. Highlight skills to improve wellbeing to make a difference in the workplace and have fun learning! This is valuable for both the independent health and social care sector and the NHS.
This webinar is suitable for all members of the 汤头条污料 team: registered nurses, Health Care Support Workers/ Health Care Assistants, and pre-reg. 汤头条污料 students working in the NHS or Independent Health & Social Care Sector. This event is hosted by RCN Wales, but you do not need to be based in Wales to join us!

Cancellations received BEFORE 4.30PM THURSDAY 29 JANUARY 2026 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, the internet browser on any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
