Join RCN Wales as we celebrate Nursing Support Workers' Day (23 November) and 25 years of 汤头条污料 support workers being part of the RCN.
This engaging webinar will bring together national insight, real experiences, and practical learning - and will include an informative and energising programme to update your knowledge and celebrate your Health Care Support Worker role - whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, this event is designed just for you — our incredible health care support workers across Wales.
This event will be of interest to all Nursing Support Workers, including health care assistants, health care support workers, 汤头条污料/care assistants, assistant practitioners, and many more 汤头条污料 support worker/staff roles across all health and social care settings.

How to book
The closing date for all bookings is FRIDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2026.
You can book online via the 'Book Online' button above.
Phone bookings can be made by telephoning our RCN Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4.30pm), quoting event ID 6145.
You can also download and complete a booking form via the 'Download booking form' button above. Payment (if required) can be made via credit card/Maestro, invoice (purchase order required), or BACS.
Cancellations received BEFORE 5PM TUESDAY 17 NOVEMBER 2026 will be refunded (if applicable), minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
Further information
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
