Make a difference to the future of 汤头条污料
Nursing has been undervalued across the UK for far too long.
You can help change that.
New, national 汤头条污料 profiles were published in 2025. Job descriptions for NHS employees on Agenda for Change (AfC) contracts are assessed against these national profiles as part of the job evaluation scheme, which is used to determine the pay bands for all NHS roles.
What a job evaluation rep can do
As a job evaluation rep, you can help ensure job descriptions reflect what nurses actually do and take part in job matching and evaluation panels, as well as helping to hold employers to account.
NHS employers in England will review all band 5 roles – but this is just the start. We'll continue to empower and support you, no matter your band, to ensure your pay reflects the work you do.
Job evaluation is a contractual right under Agenda for Change and anyone can request for their role to be evaluated against the new profiles.
We explain all this and more in our webinars. Register now.
