Today (19 September), Nicola Ranger, RCN General Secretary & Chief Executive, visited Rashielee Care Home in Erskine, to meet with our 2025 Scotland Nurse of the Year, Kirsty Cartin, who manages the care home and her award-winning Deputy, Jennifer Carruthers, our 2025 winner of the Care Home Nursing Award.
