RCN warns bank pay cuts at UHMBT risk staffing crisis and patient safety
RCN Northern has warned that planned reductions to bank pay rates for ÌÀÍ·ÌõÎÛÁÏ, operating department practitioner and midwifery staff at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT) could worsen existing staffing pressures and put patient safety at risk.
